President and Chief Operating Officer, Global Enterprise ServicesEMC Corporation

Elias, a veteran IT executive, has overall responsibility for setting strategy and driving execution for EMC’s Global Enterprise Services business, and serves on the Board of Managers of the Virtual Computing Environment (VCE) Company, formed by Cisco and EMC with investments from VMware and Intel. He reports to David Goulden, EMC's President and COO, and is a member of EMC’s Office of the Chairman. Elias has been with EMC since 2003, after serving in executive leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, Digital Equipment Corporation and Tandy Corporation. Elias is a director of Gannett, one of the USA's leading media and marketing solutions companies and also serves as a director of the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME).

Elias is a strong supporter of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education, whose advocacy and opinion has been published in Forbes, U.S. News & World Report and other influential publications.
